• Protect the entire organization of workers within The private Universities, Colleges, and employees in Kenya.
• Promote, improve and protect the welfare of members.
• Foster unity and nurture a culture of solidarity amongst all members.
• Promote the professional development of union leaders and the entire membership.
• Ensure safe and healthy workplaces.
• Keep enlightened membership and union leadership.
• Increase the participation of women, youth and workers with special needs in Union activities, including leadership
• Achieve financial sustainability.
• Foster collaboration and networking with government, local trade unions, Private sector, parliamentarians, and regional and international union, Federations/confederations for development and implementation of Supportive labour market policies and legislation.
