    How we support members

    • Collective bargaining We negotiate fair pay, allowances and terms of service with university employers.
    • Representation We stand with members in disciplinary cases, workplace disputes and in court.
    • Health, safety & welfare We campaign for safe workplaces, fair pensions, NHIF/NSSF and decent work.
    • Training & education We train shop stewards and members on their rights under Kenya's labour laws.
