Our philosophy
Kenya Private Universities Workers Union
An individual should not be allowed to stand alone against the power of a company or employer.
How we support members
- Collective bargaining We negotiate fair pay, allowances and terms of service with university employers.
- Representation We stand with members in disciplinary cases, workplace disputes and in court.
- Health, safety & welfare We campaign for safe workplaces, fair pensions, NHIF/NSSF and decent work.
- Training & education We train shop stewards and members on their rights under Kenya's labour laws.
Stronger together
Every worker in Kenya's private universities deserves fair pay, safe conditions and respect. Join your colleagues and make your voice count.
